The Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Treatment
and Research Foundation in St. John's, Newfoundland is leading
the way for Newfoundland’s non-profit organizations,
with the installation of a hi-tech donor recognition and
promotion system. They chose a digital multimedia presentation
to promote their services and programs, highlight staff
leaders and promote giving and volunteerism, in an entertaining
and informative format.

The state-of-the-art system, the first of its kind to be
installed in Newfoundland, includes a self-cycling multimedia
presentation that runs on a 42-inch high-resolution plasma
display located in their clinic waiting area.
The multimedia presentation is highlighted by beautiful
artwork created by cancer patients, and is designed to provide
leading-edge donor, staff and corporate recognition, while
also increasing the Foundation’s profile. The system
will also make the community aware of the programs and services
and support that the Foundation provides for cancer patients
and their families throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
The multimedia presentation features a number of attractive
modules, each designed to emphasize a particular aspect
of their mission, including: "About the Foundation",
"Your Cancer Care Team", "Events Calendar",
"Volunteer Recognition", and a "Scrolling
Campaign Donor List".
