Glens Falls Hospital Foundation

Digital Signage - capital campaign promotion, donor
recognition, awareness, current events, history of achievement

Glens Falls Hospital Foundation in Glens Falls, NY, implemented a digital multimedia presentation on a 42" plasma display to promote a $17 million capital campaign. The plasma display is situated in the hospital's lobby, a high-traffic area that is the major point of contact for the hospital's patients, visitors and staff.

The presentation utilized to promote the capital campaign included an eye-catching multimedia overview of the campaign, an animated campaign progress meter, a scrolling list of donors by category, and a special events calendar, as well as featured major donor and volunteer modules, all of which are easily maintained using the Planned Legacy Web-based Content Management System.

Additionally, the presentation included a series of eight videos which ran sequentially, featuring the history of Glens Falls Hospital, an overview of the capital campaign, interviews with staff, volunteers and donors, and interesting tours of the various Centers of Excellence at the hospital. The use of video, audio, text and animation helped Glens Falls achieve their campaign goal and build a new hospital.

Now, Glens Falls has a new message displayed on a completely redesigned multimedia presentation, but still achieving the same level of awareness, commitment and excitement.
